That windstorm was terrifying. We have a LOT of big trees out here and seeing some of them bend to nearly 90 degree angles was enough to make me not leave the house. I hope his daughter will be ok.

Heroes of Might and Magic III and expansions for me. I prefer playing with others, but even the computer can be fun to dominate if I give it a huge handicap.

Not really, the only thing it got from Portable 3rd was monsters and one new zone, but getting more monsters and zones from previous games is standard for an Ultimate game. For example 4 Ultimate grabbed a boatload of monsters from all previous generations. Freedom Unite (which was effectively 2 Ultimate) took 3 zones…

Tri was the non-G version of MH3 so we got that one. One game does not a pattern make.

Our ‘Ultimate’ games are the G versions of the Japanese games which likely won’t be released til next year.

Would definitely be nice. I expect it to be, but who knows. Nintendo is a bit backwards sometimes.

Nintendo getting the NX, whatever it is, out this year would be huge. Actually makes me pretty excited for future directs.

You understand why it’s way more difficult right? Adjusting bones that already exist to increase size or changing the texture on the model are child’s play compared to adding a bone(r sorry couldn’t help myself) that can be manipulated and works with the rest of the model.

I just got the gear on Sunday to start running the previous patches raid (Was level 24 back in January when I really started) and I feel that this game is everything I want in an FF game.

I gave my main grenadier an advanced scope (+15%) and an aim PCS (+10%) and they just decimate now. With the skill that adds armor shredding to their attacks and the later guns they can seriously mess up lots of the late game mechs.

This isn’t really a tip, but it’s good to know for those that played the first modern XCom: Major armor and weapon upgrades are one buy for the whole team instead of one buy for one weapon/armor. Makes it way better to rush than the previous game.
