Of the women who play games, 48% are competitive. What percent of the males who play are? In order for the numbers to work out without bias, well over 100% of male gamers would need to be competitive. I don’t think that’s possible.

They state that 41% of gamers are women. You may want to reconsider your position that a 90/10 application ratio is not also a sign of a systemic problem.
