I think you're being overly melodramatic. Its true that Sonys biggest mistake was focusing on 3D when most consumers know its a gimmick, but as a company they have to pick one or two promising development goals and see them through.

I know hes trying to create some wild new art, but honestly a lot of these would be cooler if they just showed one object in detail rather than a mishmash of several random objects.
