Not saying it won't be 50GB, but asking a company exec about game sizes is like asking the my grandmother what kind of upload speeds she gets. He knows a BD disc holds 50GB, so 50GB sounds pretty good when you're talking about The Future.

My Gamefly used buys paying off for me, paid $15 Bioshock Infinite + $10 Dead Space 3 + $10 Transformers: Fall of Cybertron, got $31 and some change trade-in value on Amazon, will net me a $60 DS4 controller. Not too shabby.

"Then he said, 'Where's Half Life 3, Gabe?', and I said 'Lemme show you' and I pulled out my knife. End of story."

Let me start by saying I didn't contribute to this at all, I didn't even know what it was until this news came out. But it seems to me like he didn't have any actual "prospective investors" lined up who had pledged at least some degree of support in a given situation when he started this.

Except I didn't haul my 13-year old out for a midnight launch on a school night, and I wouldn't, and my 13 year old was at least 3-4 years older than all of the kids I saw walking out with the game.

Nothing that I know of, and yet over the years, there have been various articles that talk about Valve's Hardware team and work on VR goggles, wearable computers, etc., stuff that never saw the light of day after they dumped tons of money into prototype design and testing.

If Valve is announcing it, that means they have play tested the shit out of it and know it's going to work like it should. Valve builds and tests new hardware constantly, spends million building shit, trying it out, and then dumping it when it doesn't do what they want.

Train Simulator 2014 is in my Steam account, and it says I own it.

Maybe this will give them the resources to put some actual work into the next Madden then.

I was expecting the sound of a young child screaming expletives, pre-order cancelled.

So just like real life then.

I'll try these out in 3 months when our Biggest Loser Competition here at the office is over. $960 pot, I'm not going to screw that up. Daddy wants an Oculus Rift!

Pac-Man on the Atari 2600 after my dad had to call out his electrician buddy to get the thing hooked up to our Curtis Mathis floor model on XMas Day because he couldn't figure out how to get it hooked up.

That $10 credit deal on PSN would be infinitely sweeter if they would put up PS4 games for pre-order. If I can pre-order 2-3 PS4 games and put that money towards another one, I'm all over that.

Multiplayer is 60fps.

Game looks stupid amounts of good, and at 1080p/60fps no less. Will likely end up grabbing it Day One digitally.

Basically $170 for a 500GB PS3, phenomenal.

If they sell a device like the VitaTV for roughly $100 that hooks into the HDMI port on any TV and lets me stream my games off of the Steam account on my gaming PC in my home office, I am 100% all in on that.

In the Real Money Auction House, you can sell your excess bullets for Rockstar digital store credit to use on expansions, DLC, and new Rockstar games.

We've really gotten back into Diablo 3 lately on the PC, but I rented the PS3 version, and it's really great for couch coop as well if you haven't tried it. We had 4 people playing one night on our 120" projection setup and had a blast.
