Yeah, I still think it's probably dead on. Of course, MS can play it however they want in retrospect, you hear these MS puppets talking in interviews, it's like there's a virtual gun being held to their heads to make sure nothing "counter to business philosophy" makes it out into the wild.

"We've listened to your concerns, and we're keeping the floppy based games option with the new system!"

That family plan thing only turned out to be 30-60 minute trials of games in your lending library according to a big, elaborate post on Neogaf backed up by the talented and awesome CBoat.

They should totally go back, because how amazing would that be, really?

Ima be that guy: Let me know when an Android version hits. Would love to play it on my Nexus 7 (even tho I've beaten the PC version a couple of times), but not going to bother with it on my iPhone.

I'm going to need a higher resolution set of images, preferably from various angles, to know whether or not this is truly offensive to women or not.

AGREED!

Seems like they could still offer their "Family plan" stuff for the digital copies of games only, but that was probably a part of their agreement with publishers, so maybe it's not an option for this anymore.

Pre-order sales must have been abysmal for something like this.

People who saw Mad Max game play in their booth said it looked really cool, so I'm still excited about Post-apocalyptic Just Cause.

This is what happens every time Green Day sells out at the Pepsi Center.

They showed me Fallout 4.

To those throwing rocks or planning to throw rocks, this has happened a couple of times with firmware updates on "other" current gen console platforms as well, this is not isolated to a specific console maker in the least, and it's probably going to happen at least once or twice next gen. One of the wonderful benefits

I think this stuff is still pretty vague, and I've heard different interpretations from different MS reps. It seems cool if it works, but we'll see after release if these terms and conditions stand as they are.

You understand that's not true right? Gamestops are getting 2-3 times the number of PS4 pre-order allotments that they're getting in XBO allotments.

Guess what? This is how you promote digital game sales, in a way that people can get behind and see a genuine benefit from, not from, "Do this because we say so."

If people trying to change policy they disagree with by being vocal and standing against it is foolish, then what's the point of anything?

Even assuming MS is allowing for used games in some form or fashion, and that message is still all over the place and riddled with questions, they seem to be locking down the resell of used games to only a select group of retailers, aka Gamestop and themselves.

You're clearly defending big business.
