Zombies are mindless husks who shamble from place to place, attacking living flesh on instinct, not through any pre-meditated thought on their part, and they definitely don't actively hunt out other zombies to "pack" up with, they just end up in herds based on noise and smell.

1.6 million seems super low for a franchise with a fan base like SimCity, maybe I overestimate how many people love the series, but hell, people I know who don't even game 90% of the time were like "New SimCity? I gotta get me that!"

Based on the enemy size and numbers, it would seem I need to run around this level until I can find a more substantial weapon than a sawed-off shotgun with a pistol handle and a scope.
