They won’t. I hardly think the platform allows it. Plus the DS 3 is the size of a Fiesta, not a Focus. However the new DS 3 Performance (replacing the Racing) has gained a Torsen LSD.

Renaults aren’t Nissans, they share engines but are only just starting to share a platform with the new CMF. They aren’t even technically they same company, it’s an alliance: they own shares of each other and have the same CEO.
They’re not so much considering Iran as a “new” market as they are trying to make up for lost time in what used to be a HUGE market for them. Before the recession PSA’s biggest markets were Europe, China and Iran. Peugeot was the best selling brand in Iran for years, and that all came to an end thanks to GM who forced…
So kidneys are pretty overrated, right?
So d’you guys think he likes Porsches?
The 500L is clearly just trying to piggyback the 500's success. But the 500X actually looks quite a bit like a 500, not just in the details but the silhouette as well. The the average buyer it’s not an unrelated Fiat undeserving of its name, it’s just a bigger, roomier 500 like the Countryman is to the normal Mini.
Sweet!
Hey, that’ll always be more than the Abarth Punto!
I never understood Mercury anyway. What place could it possibly hope it to have between Ford and Lincoln? Although I suppose way back when, Lincoln was much higher-end so that left room for a semi-luxury brand. But the same situation has repeated itself with Buick: from a luxury brand Cadillac has gone down to…

Can you blame them, the 500 is the only model of theirs that sales! Of course it’s desperate but that’s an adjective that describes FCA quite well.

It’s cool, but do they build these concepts in a shed with a budget of 10 dollars?
Website says $20,345.
Probably because it’s only juuuuuust on the good side of low-cost and will get slaughtered by cheap Japanese and domestic offerings in the US.
Is the 500L really built in Serbia? Because weird family car with questionable Italian origins built in Eastern Europe? If that’s not a real Fiat, what is?
Sounds like their biggest mistake was thinking the US would be like Europe. The fancy city car market is pretty much the second one you have to be in here, after crossovers.
Maybe in America where the Panda name would be fresh, but in Europe it doesn’t carry much cachet to say the least. People who buy the 500X here cross-shop it with the Mini Countryman, they enjoy the retro looks and wouldn’t buy something called Panda.
I disagree, in my opinion that still works with the average Fiat 500 buyer, at least in Europe. That buyer being, most of the time, a 30-something woman living in a large city who thinks only old cars (and by extension retro cars) are pretty - as many non-car people do. The 500 and the Mini wouldn’t work as well as…
