I think it was just power issues that killed it. Batteries were loads then and I think the AC adaptor cost £35 at the time or something. However, going from Castle of Illusion to Super Mario Land did seem a massive step down, I really loved my GG, it wasn't portable but it was great.

Ax Battler was a great game! That last castle was a real bitch though...

This game sounds doomed. I really hope Sony puts the money in and gives them the time to finish it properly. Have been waiting to buy a PS3 just for this game.

i wish they'd ended the trailer at around 1:30...

Yeah I totally agree with you - 30 seconds of a track isn't enough, and yes YouTube or Spotify(here) is pretty much the way to go.

It's like 1min30s on iTunes UK, so you can get quite a feel for the music I believe, there are very few 5minute+ tracks anymore

Haha, those were bricks!

I remember the days when ELC sold Brio and Duplo, they're selling Stars Wars figures now??!

Haha definitely, brought back bad memories of The Matrix sequel....

Not sure about Canada but the UK economy definitely isn't worth getting excited about!

Touché!

We could have a coupon day...:)

Firefox will win for me until Adblock works better on Chrome. Can't see it happening with Youtube ads though.

I think this was even more weird. I mean I love me some James Bond-esque cheekiness but I guess as other comments have stated Resident Evil has gone all Pierce Brosnan (Bronholm) on us.

genius, i feel the same as an owner of an n900

I'm sure Tesco make a lot more back with the free advertising!

same here, the guy checking the interior mirror is hilarious

I just flew Air India from London to Chennai, and I have to say it is the best airline for extra meals, unlimited booze, and space (do to empty seats) in economy class. Probably needs a disclaimer of the plane needing to be 40% full.

There are quite a few classics (at least 5 must play titles that hold up today) that other Kotaku readers will no doubt provide.

I have to say the music in Mario 64 is incredible.
