Both the XIII and XIII-2 costume packs are nice—especially at the start of the game. XIII-2 Lightning's sword and shield are awesome. XIII's gunblade increases speed which makes it a weapon I used through to the end game. The costumes themselves are nothing special. They are just blank slates with 4 open equip slots.

It's hard to imagine what people will do when they are suffering extreme poverty. We all judge them stupid and such but we don't understand. Immigration is not a choice for many.
