I got the Nvidia Shield tablet, not the Nvidia Shield TV. Pretty sure it’s running regular Android OS.

The problem now is that the app is not available on many devices. I tried installing it on my Nvidia Shield that has Android 7.0, but it says the app is not compatible (requirement is 6.0). Tried it on my Chromeboook Plus that’s able to run Android apps, no go as well.

I’m so glad I’m not into any of these ‘limited’ stuff at PAX. I pretty much ignored the merch booths when I was there.

6 hours for merch? Lol. I guess this was before they were selling merch online? They had a booth at PAX West and you can pretty much walk in and buy stuff. But then again, you can also buy Twitch merch online these days.

I thought about getting a one day pass since I live in the area, just to see what the fuss is all about, but decided not to. Looks like I made the right choice.

I was about to say this. You should be able to do this before leaving the tutorial island.

I did. You’ll get a warning that starting the DLC before finishing the game will spoil the main story, but you’ll still be able to play it.

The only reason I started playing Arena quests more was because I wanted to participate in the Monster Hunter Championship in SF back in July. The event was basically a time attack challenge for the Arena 1 - Pukei quest, and the Challenge Nergigante 4 quest. It was also the thing that made me fall in love with Switch

The new achievements will not be counted and be treated in its own section. You’ll still have your plat.

Speaking about combat, is there any way to lock on to the enemy while you’re fighting someone (so we keep our face towards the opponent)? It seems that whenever I try to move around during combat, it just resulting my character to move around aimlessly.

I got my invite to Project Stream, so will spend a lot of time with AC Odyssey. So far I’m really loving how easy it is to start a game, with minimal hiccups.

That is correct. Tsukiji mainly sells to middleman.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

My first death in AC:O was to the sharks. I moved on without completing the quest. How are you suppose to kill these things anyway?

I love Junkenstein’s revenge, but I kinda wish they’d give us another stage to play with. It’s getting a bit old at this point.

I know it’s mostly cosmetic, and honestly I don’t give a shit about it. That’s hardly the point of my original post. The point is, it’s still content. You and I may not care about cosmetics and/or boosts, but some others might do.

The grind has nothing to do with what I wrote. You do realize there are there a LOT more stuff to buy through micro transactions on AC:O other than XP boost right?

Games like this made me appreciate Dragon Quest XI a LOT more. It’s nice to be able to dive into the game without worrying that I’ll miss out anything by not doing any micro transactions, because.. well... there’s none.

Jason, the game is actually running at 60 fps. In my case, anyways. Try going to your Chrome DevTools > Rendering > and check the fps option. You’ll be able to monitor your fps. In my case it’s roughly at 60 fps with minor dips and there. It does feel like it’s running lower than that though, and I figure it might

I enabled the rendering feature from Chrome DevTools and confirm.its running quite stable at 60 fps with minor dips and there. Is wish we can turn off motion blur though.
