the story is not force-fed to you, that's why you don't remember it. i'm guessing you wanted to dislike the game, too, and so you did, to feel like a super smart person who's smarter and cooler than those suckers.

Well said!
by looking at him.
lold, good one
We have similar tastes in jam.
The low zoom scopes are still next to useless at anything before a medium-farish range tho, esp since people move fast and fly around. But yeah up from medium range a low zoom good fire rate sniper is pretty brutal. I'd love one like that with perks being less flinching when shot and the…
i really hate people who really hate people for reasons that don't desere being really hated
The whole retro thing is saying, effectively, that you could make beautiful games before, and it's even easier, since you're forced to be minimal. But yes, especially translating art to the screen, as you say - we can obviously do so much more today than 10 years ago. And i am totally down w/ that.
I just wanted to say…
i want to be that guy, and remind that technological prowess =/= beauty. It's the art direction, the artists who do something beautiful with the tech, that make beauty, especially when they put more into the world than just colors and very high-res litter.
How often has a cod game been beautiful, despite the back of…
It's.

Headshot.
Kill.
In multiplayer.
You can say that about any sniper rifle, but you can use that one in closer ranges, as it has ironsights, and it's a primary, so you can rock a shotgun with it and wreck...

Lold!
Gotta say though always saddened me that while having companions is kinda cool, they enemies usually attack them, exclusively. Them being immortal and you just kinda watching while wailing/casting/shooting away for a while just felt so weird..

No, a lot of games look highly-detailed and nicely textured and realistic. Some games look pretty, with a beautiful moment here and there...
..was that gandalf Jim Sterling from the Escapist?
he prob wants to kill himself for getting disqualified from a tournament for something that stupid, not for being a thoughtless dick
have you played it yet? is Totilo's review the word of God? Calm your beard foo
it played fine you pansies, it just took a little more effort than, say, Brotherhood.
though I did agree with Kirk on the bizarre kid sounds, the sound design was very hit and miss in that game/

I think this is meant to be a Ukrainian Cossack. They're a really fascinating and badass part of Ukrainian history, so look into it if that sounds cool, Ukraine has an awesome history in general. I can't believe they haven't set an Assassin's Creed game in 17th century Ukraine, I honestly can't think of a better…
this painting might be the cutest thing i've ever seen
So I've triggered the war event on Venus since you've told me about it, and it was fucking awesome. I do wish I didn't have to murder stuff for an hour to trigger it...but still.
Thanks! That's very cool and I'm glad that I know that now. The venus area you're referring to is the courtyard with a crashed fallen dropship, where you spawn for the strike?
