I went through early menopause (at 45!) brought on by stress. Since osteoporosis runs in my family but breast cancer does not, I opted for HRT patch,with great results. No symptoms, feel good, and my bone density is now in the normal range.

Well, congrats on your first moony love! It's happened to me a few times, a couple went great for awhile, then fizzled, a couple went horribly wrong rather quickly. It's good you are aware of it and holding back a little. If it is meant to be, you'll work it out eventually. It doesn't last, even in the best case…
