What for? it does have 3G, although I get where you are getting at, for the millions on android user which pay already for 3G, it won't be an issue.
Umm, I really don't know if monster would would play that good on the 3DS...given how critics, criticized the lack of dual noob on the psp, wouldn;t see myself going on with that stuff, so yeah, leave it to the NGP, no bias tho.
