If the developers can make better games easier, Sony gets the games.

Maybe I'd enjoy indie games, if they all weren't stylized 2D platformer/walk across the screen games. Seriously.

The only reason I would ever consider this machine would be if they brought Toribash to it

If I were you I'd go with Sony regardless. The 360 launched with a plethora of games to win people over and then...they basically went off the radar. System support is Sony's forte, to keep you coming back to play, even at the end of gens (likely many games planned for ps3 even after this holiday)
