As I told the other troll, servers aren’t obligated to keep patrons under the legal driving BAC. Patrons are obligated to not drive once they go over that BAC. Really simple concept, doofus.

A server isn’t obligated to make sure people stay below the legal driving limit, fool. People are legally allowed to drink over a BAC of 0.10 or whatever so long as they don’t drive. He didn’t know they were going to drive until he saw them get in a car.
