Are you saying the cop who arrested her illegally shouldn’t face any consequences for putting her in the situation where she lost her life?

So...you can be written up during your probationary period and still become a state trooper? Isn’t that what the probationary period is for- weeding out people who cannot conduct themselves in a professional way? He was written up for unprofessional conduct at a school, but someone passed him along.

I wasn’t aware that the death penalty was applied for attempting to flee a traffic stop. Seems harsh.

This argument is ridiculous on a thousand levels. The only person at fault for the death of Sam Dubose is the officer who shot him in the head. The end.

The driver was an idiot and should have faced non-lethal consequences. The cop was not dragged. What you are saying is that pretty much any infraction is worth of summary execution.

Fuck yourself. Lethal force should only be used in the event the officer or another individual is in danger. He was in no danger and deserves to get the prison time he has coming.
