This is not an unprovoked attack on a defenseless victim. The mutaween are armed and do use force. They have killed before. The woman and her companion were in physical danger (and his unexplained passing out is awfully suspicious). We don't know the whole story, true, but framing this as "woman beats up cop" is wrong.

In the US, whenever a police report says a suspect passed out for no apparent reason while in custody, chances are, excessive force was used and the cops are just covering it up.
