Where do you see Kotaku in 5 years?

Can we all just make a friendly gamer pact to NOT purchase Infinite Warfare until the CoD4 remaster is available separately. I really want to speak the them with our wallets and let them know what we really want.

I agree. Communication is a big thing, but you can effectively communicate using emotes enough to get the job done.

Widowmaker players rarely go for objectives, especially in clutch situations where we need to hold something for a few seconds to regroup and push. She doesn’t mesh well with the entire flow of the game. Now, if you pick her, take out some turrets and push back the initial advance then switch to someone more objective…

I someone picks Genji, Torbjorn, Bastion or Symmetra on offense, Hanzo or McCree on defense, or Widowmaker at all, I know it is going to be a tough battle. Reaper, however, is an amazing clutch teammate for those big pushes with his ult.

The strategies aren’t abstract per se, but they do take a bit of time to understand how the ebb and flow of it all plays out at the higher ends of gameplay.

One of my favorite things about Overwatch is you never saw, at a glance, a players skill rating, KDR, or post game stats. I am a little sad that will be changing.

Fun fact: I actually was privileged to star in a few of these when I worked at Westwood. I’m the short guard on the left at about 8 seconds in. I was in several scenes, but this was the big one.
