If we're talking about straight impact I'm going with either the Wii or the Ipad. Hate em or love em both the Ipad & the Wii changed the way games are viewed by the mainstream. You got kids and 70 year old men and women playing Angry Birds & Wii Sports. Gotta give them their props.
Well since Buffy is my favorite show of all time you know what side I'm on. But yeah Avengers was awesome and I'll definitively go see it again/recommend it to my friends.
All I want is an official announcement. None of this "Ricochet 2" (wink wink nudge nudge) stuff. Just show me a Half Life 3 logo or something. Even if its 3 years out, them officially announcing that they are working on Half Life 3 would go a long way.

My favorite fighting game characters are usually girls. The girls usually got very little love at the arcades and I love underused characters.
They have to get people off of the PSP. And the best way to do that is games. They have a big opportunity here with E3 and in Japan with the Tokyo Game Show. They're gonna have to deliver some big hits. Dragon Quest, Monster Hunter, Metal Gear & Tales are all going to have to make an appearance.
