What would make this useful to me is if the notepad had my list of stuff to do today on it, which I currently scribble on an old-timey notepad right at the end of the day so I don't forget to deal with it in the morning.

I have that exact same rubber duck set used in the link, the small duck that sits on the large duck's back.
Well, they just updated the whole MBP line, so from a hardware perspective, it's a good time to buy.
Sounds like the perfect plan to get all those App store hesitators to use the app store for the first time, and set up an account with their credit card number, and therefore be more likely to pick up an app or two in the future.
That's not a bug, it's a feature! They had iTunes Sharing turned on, and they were on the same network. It's alright if you dont' mind sharing your playlist with your family or housemates, but be careful on more public networks. You can also tweak it to only share certain playlists

This is like "2 for 5 dollars!" but if you check, you can see that you can get 1 for $2.50, but then you buy two anyway.
Mmm... gravy...
The higher Hz are useful if you're planning to watch a lot of actiony films with fast-moving things in it, and fast camera moves. But since everything is shot in 3D these days, there are a lot less fast moving things in action movies now, 3D can't handle it. (edited for spelling, whoops)

The pyroil is the one I had, but mine didn't have a switch on the side and was a lot less than that when I picked it up in Canadian Tire in Calgary. I'm sure I paid only $20 or $30 for it
