That would be the case if the transmission failed unexpectedly, etc. That’s not the case here. The seller filled the frame with spray foam and did everything he could to conceal that this vehicle was unsafe. Yes, they should have at least laid down and looked under it, or insisted that it get put on that lift, but…

Funny how as-is laws are always met with “you don’t have to buy it” for the suffering customers, but the defense from that auto sales industry is “we have to buy it”. So if I’ve got this right we’re not worried about “the time” on the moon as “the time” is an abstract thing. If all we were worried about was “the time” we could just set it match an existing earth time such as GMT and be done with it. I imagine this is what they did during Apollo?
