Oh come on, that’s not even hard to check. Stanford has only a Division 2 club team that plays in the ACHA, not the NCAA. Their record this year was 1-6. Maybe women’s field hockey?

My favorite extra tidbit here is how, when people or businesses refuse to work with you because they don’t want to be associated with the anti-abortion message, it’s a “conspiracy”. I’m pretty sure they’re just openly refusing. Nothing conspiratorial about it.

They too were caught off guard and apologized profusely. Growing up in Michigan I will say that ‘beaners’ was pretty off the radar here - not that we didn’t have plenty of other slurs.  I think they were around for 10 years or so in mid-Michigan before they got much of a complaint.

In many states varsity high school hockey is not sanctioned through USA Hockey but typically through a state high school athletic association. This way they coordinate with schools (e.g. academic eligibility, other sports, etc.). I know this is how it goes for Michigan, and am pretty sure varsity in NY is the same.…
