I was going to guess that MD/VA/DC cuisine would be Salvadoran, but when you think about it most Salvadoran restaurants don't specifically identify. Some even throw up Tex-Mex or Latin to try and cast a wider net. Not an issue with Peruvian places, the chicken joints and the wider ranging place.
