In fairness, Firefly tanked because, for some reason, Fox sandbagged it by showing the episodes out of sequence which made the show rather confusing in its initial run. I remember. I watched the initial run and it didn’t make sense. Watching it in correct order later added all the clarity.

I think it’s possible to acknowledge that McGowan did the world a service by shining a light on Harvey Weinstein and was genuinely victimized by him... but is also a deeply mentally ill person who’s life is in no way improved by additional media attention now that Weinstein is in jail.  Let’s all wish her peace and

Hold up, are you saying that the Marvel films have post-credits scenes???

1) Re: picking a bullet out of the suit and just tossing it is pretty great to watch. However! I’m expecting it to become a problem when they start doing high-g maneuvers. Stow yer loose articles! Maybe that’ll be how they remove Cas Anvar, eh?

This has kind of been the basis of my argument for a while now. For the most part, the Left, such as it is, tries to go with the moral high ground, making arguments and statements in good faith and then getting kicked in the teeth anyway. Meanwhile, the Right, such as it is, repeatedly and without fail does everything

I think that bad faith problem also seeps into the politics of general democrats too sadly. Not in a “both sides are equally bad blablabla” kind of way, but in a “I’m a leftist who’s getting really annoyed at how many of our leaders are all talk and no action and will bad faith their way out of being held to any

Skip the intro/theme song, haha. Happy viewing!

“We love you and you’re all very special”

I’m still waiting for the Downfall memes. Because gods help us, that’s pretty close to how it’s actually happening now.

That’s how this happens when a Republican goes tyrant, keeping everyone in check by fear of being targeted, and doing so for any petty reason keeps everyone walking on eggshells. Trump is a scumbag, but was great for the GOP. In addition to the fundraising and turn out he delivered (don’t forget 71M voted for him),

i actually think the whole issue here is that it is insane that Stamet’s is a single point of failure for the spore drive. i also think the idea that a 950 year old propulsion system - that had already been copied on a second ship way back in season 1 / century 23 - cannot be analyzed and replicated, but that is one

Be careful what you wish for. I’m certain Sims 5 will be an online only game-as-a-service, full of a microtransactions and season passes and everything else EA thinks they can wring out of a fan base they’ve actively decided to hook up to milking machines and take for granted. It will be like the most depraved mobile

(Heart) Breaking News:

Lol instead of flying an invisible jet, maybe they should have had Diane carry Steve on her back while soaring through the sky. Couldn’t you just picture him pumping his fist fist with an excited shout, like Bastian  on the back of Flakor?

Every wish anyone makes is cruel and selfish except the hero’s, and she sees no issue in bringing a man back to life by having him possess an innocent man’s body?

Pedro Pascal has more screen time in this movie than Gal Gadot, and I was surprised to learn that I'm not disappointed.

It was very uneven. Kristen Wiig was great, and Gadot was good as always, but the plot made very little sense, and the redeeming moments were often outweighed by the stuff that didn’t land. Would’ve happily removed Lord entirely and only had Minerva as the villain, making it more personal between her and Gadot as the

I got tired very quickly of her using her lasso to Spider-Man her way around.

All right, how about some off the cuff remarks?
