@PACKFAN4LIFE: It was actually a fairly deep and well made magazine sim. I had a lot of fun with a borrowed copy, obtaining intrviews with the in-game celebrities, putting together themes for articles. Of course there was the whole taking pictures of naked women aspect as well, but it was a legitimately fun game.

@HedinnWeis: Only if you're using squirrels for gambling purposes.

@oldmario: Still not sure what about the games you're basing your opinion on though, I was hoping you might be able to elaborate.

@oldmario: Yes, they're definitely terrible games, and you absolutely dislike them on their lack of merits. It as nothing to do with how popular they are.

@D4RkNIKON: Which anyone who watches the video can see.

@MetalSonic7: Considering some of the multiplayer assassination animations include drawing a knife, it's not impossible.

@TheBigCheese_: And any excuse to post that video is good enough. No sarcasm here, everyone needs to see it.

The CAD comic actually struck a chord with me this week because after playing Singularity my wife and I have been remarking just how frequently Nolan North pops up in games. I might have to get Marfia II now just for that.

@Kajun78: God, I hope so. I want a non-serious FPS. Duke's humour might be a little dated now, but tweak that, keep the same stupid crazy action and let it ride. I didn't much care for Borderlands but give Gearbox something with a story and let them work out the mechanics, and we've got a solid game on our hands.

I don't really play MMO- wait, what? Two lightsabers? Preorder confirmed!

@perry570: I was fine at Counter-strike and Starcraft back when that's all my friends did back between 1997-2000.

@Full_Circle: I bought a PS2, that's all there is too it really. I had fun tweaking and updating my PC through high school and making sure I could run the latest games. Then I found gaming on a console to just be more enjoyable. I would prefer to relax on my couch and play on my big TV - and yeah, a few of my PC

@Full_Circle: I never said it was superior, that's a debate for another time. Just after abandoning PC gaming (apart from some strategy titles) almost 10 years ago, the controller is second nature to me.

@Full_Circle: Once I got used to a controller it's hard to remember how I ever played with mouse and keyboard back in high school. The movements are so minimalised because you're only moving your thumbs across a circle with maybe an inch radius.

All you people saying to let it die, get over it. Honestly.

@mrjoeyyaya: I don't need video games at all, I can have all the adventures I want just by using my imagination.

@rolsenrob: So wait, does this mean it's cool that I've paid almost $150 (AUD) to enjoy around five hundred hours of Modern Warfare 2, or am I still a pathetic lowlife sheep suckling at Activision's teat because I buy their overpriced games and DLC?

@Ueziel: Before you curse someone, first walk a mile in his shoes. Then when you curse him, you are a mile away. And you have his shoes.

@BioSith: Well, that way the science gets done.
