@TheArsoni5t: Sold well based on fake reviews. Remember how they took an out of context quote from a mostly negative Kotaku review then put 5 stars under it? I think they tried to pretend that the 5 stars were just a line seperator between quotes. :toss

@ekm29: I think they're more interested in getting the maximum amount of games played, which is also why we don't get to "switch sides" after one round.

It's not just convenience. For $100 + my $80 annual xbox live subscription fee, I can play hundreds and hundreds of games of Modern Warfare 2 online, limited only by my ragequit threshold and sleep requirements.

@hayesr: I would prefer they keep up the game jokes/commentary in their main comic and sideline the Automata/Lookouts stuff. It's great, but I feel like I haven't really read Penny Arcade for the last two weeks.

Just no. This will not be true to the spirit of the originals by any stretch. All my cautious optimism, gone.

@KillEv3ryOn3: I want to check out 2 and I actually liked WAW... since I rented it and never got around to buying it, I'm looking forward to owning it. Those two games are worth it for me, COD3 is ot necessary but if I have it I'll play through it if only to say I have.

This is a great deal for me. I only jumped on the bandwagon with COD4 and then bought MW2 which of course came with a download code for the original Call of Duty. I only rented WAW.

@Nawara_Ven: I think an R18+ rating sends an unambiguous message to parents that they're just not appropriate for small children.

@Erwin: See, I saw a trailer for Human Centipede and my first thought was "this cannot be a real movie".

Here's where I hope MW3 was being farmed out to another studio before Infinity Ward lost THIRTY SEVEN fucking staff members.

@QualityJeverage: They weren't really announcing a map pack. They had a meeting about what was happening with COD this year. They confirmed there's a map pack, and also reminded us Call of Duty: Black Ops is coming out. Frankly I'm more excited about Black Ops than map pack 2. I'm expecting to me ball-deep in Halo

Well, with Three Kings on his resume I think Russell can do an Uncharted movie. Yes, I think this could work.

@Piata: I loved my isometric games too. In the 90's. Isometric was a convenient mechanic to make some pretty epic action/RPG games back before we could do full 3D.

@IndustrialJones: You're getting a replacement dish fro Three-Dgo's radio Tower. I was level 14 before I went to galaxy news radio for the first time... but yeah. If it's taken you 20 hours to get there, you probably have 60 hours ahead of you. Less if you're hell bent on finishing it, but it looks like you're quite

@Lee Evans: 40 hours? Are you sure you don't mean 400?

@heretrix: I think Tamriel's point is that this does not feel like a fully fledged game in and of itself, more an expension or reskinning of Fallout 3.

@DreadNemesis: WHICH IS EXACTLY AS SPECTACULAR AS I THINK IT IS.

@Ali-Kharazi: And to anyone who says the PS3 has better graphics, compare everything except the building on the right.

I find myself less and less interested in games as I approach 30. I don't think I will stop at 30 since that's only 3 years away, but my interest has declined sharply in the past few years. I predict I will not be playing anymore at 40.
