Let’s keep this about Biden, as that’s what I’m talking about. There’s no question to Trump’s competence or ability here. There has likely never been a person more unfit to run the United States than him. I wouldn’t trust him to run a laundromat with half the machines broken. Everyone seems to interpret my critique of

Not accurate.

Trump. TRUMP made the mess. Let’s get that right out front. Trump’s lasting legacy will be his messes. Trump got to pick 234 federal judges (three being SC justices). He filled the SC with judges to dismantle Chevron, ban abortion, give him immunity, set women’s rights back 200 years, and a never-ending stream of

It’s like you can’t even have a conversation anymore. The world of absolutes has destroyed political discourse and function. Either toe the line or get out. Red or blue, it’s all the same nonsense.

I agree with all your points. But it must be acknowledged that Democratic leadership has completely failed the American public and there shouldn’t be a need for any of us to be having this conversation. Biden should not be running for re-election. Full stop. It shouldn’t be happening. I like Biden, and he’s done an

Easy NP. Looks like someone else agrees, because it’s gone already.

Agreed. And somehow, the digital dash makes it already look dated. There’s just something about it...

Something here gets my spidey senses tingling. It just seems too good to be true. Yes, that’s a ton of miles. But a car doesn’t get to that many miles without being treated very well. And by all visible signs, it was kept in a garage and money was spent on it. It’s an interesting and unique vehicle. Soo.... why hasn’t

I guess I’m just old now. Idk. But at 41, and someone who was in on the ground floor with PCs, smartphones, 4k AV equipment, drones and a bunch of other techy nonsense, I never thought tech would infuriate me the way it does now. If something isn’t easy or doesn’t work the first time, I don’t even want to bother with

Lol, you sure aren’t out of the greys! Who knows how that works around here...

Cars seem about 20-25% more expensive than they were four years ago. Sure, base-prices aren’t that far off. But finding a car that isn’t a mid to top-spec of the range has gotten much harder. It’s clear dealerships have recognized that they’d rather sell one top-spec car than two base-spec cars. So when the wife and I

I usually like coming up with interesting suggestions for these, but I’m still stuck trying to wrap my head around a 3 hour round-trip commute. I complain when my 15 minute commute is extended t0 25 minutes. There’s no reasonable amount of money that would make me drive 150 miles a day for work.

Oh hey, I have the same list. Except Yuki would be on there too. I get your reasons for defending him. But, frankly, he’s been around long enough and I’m not convinced he’ll ever be anything than another Albon, Bottas, or Hulkenberg.

But... people drive trends. And I don’t know anyone who likes these giant screens that require navigating through multiple levels of menus to make changes that a decade ago was a physical button. The consensus is pretty clear - there’s article after article and survey after survey showing that no one likes this.

Recalling your article from a few weeks ago, so much of the current F1 driver field needs to go. Stroll certainly on that list. But it seems like... half of the others?... are on there too. I thought for sure Stroll Sr. would finally see the light and push his kid into some other motorsport area. But, no.

That giant digital dash is an abomination.

If it can do three-wheel turns I’m all in.

$15k for a nearly 20 year old Dodge with 150k miles and one of the worst interiors you’ve ever seen? Sure, it’s got a bunch of power, but they are pigs. Heavy, ponderous things with little joy in driving them, and god awful sight lines. I’m all in at $8k.

It also just doesn’t.... look fast on track? I imagine because of its size, and how quiet it is, and the total lack of drama (understeer, oversteer, squealing tires, whatever) it just doesn’t seem to be going that fast. The Goodwood run just looks like a funny little car running around quietly. It’s difficult to

But... wait. I’m not much of a mechanic. But to me, what you describe with the Uhaul not starting sounds an awful lot like a mostly dead battery without enough juice to spin the starter up? And a jump box would solve that...? Obviously after trying that it it continuing not to start I would have come to the conclusion
