Lol, well, there are outliers on the bell curve, that’s for sure. The inverse, my good friend reached her maximum height of 4'9" in 11th grade weighing all of 110 lbs. Many, many years later, we still joke that she needs a booster seat when we go anywhere.

It’s such a good, bad movie. One of my favorites. Almost as guilty as an F&F movie for the ridiculous amount of shifting that happens in it, given that on almost all ovals, other than pitting and restarts, shifting doesn’t happen.

Submarining is why there is such a stress on rear-facing for as long as possible and sticking to booster seats for way longer than many people think for older kids. Depending on the build of the kid, it is conceivable that even 13 and 14 year olds should still be using a booster.

Years ago, I sold antique books on eBay. It was a fun gig hunting down and trying to value the stuff, but pricing them online was always though because most of the comparable prices we could find were at retail levels. It became a balancing act of trying to move inventory with an understanding that “all it takes is

It’s probably priced too high. But it’s also probably the best condition 1991 Plymouth Laser in the country. So.... if what you really want is a 1991 Plymouth Laser, probably buy this one. If you don’t really, really, really want a 1991 Plymouth Laser I can’t imagine it being worth it for you.

Lol. That’s a good point.

Not $55k fun.

Imagine looking like that and having 157hp. My god that would get old. Also, those rims are truly, truly god-awful. You could pull them off on a GMC Cyclone or something. But this? No. Just... no.

We’ll probably end up with a Mazda CX-50, because the thing is miles more entertaining to drive than any other SUV. And there is no way I’ll be able to stay out of the boost in that thing and I’m sure I’ll be getting some absolutely appalling mpg. Oh well I guess. But it feels like it really needs that extra 40hp or

This is definitely my feeling...

I’m unfortunately shopping for a larger SUV with my wife. I really liked the stupid, predictable, long-history of Toyota’s V6 in the Highlander, an engine that has essentially been around forever and was unflappably reliable. So, the Highlander was top of the list despite not being competitive in a couple other areas.

That’s a never-ending journey though. If saving lives is paramount, just ban driving altogether. You could save 43,000 people that way!

This is always the problem with dropping services. Eventually, people will figure out a way to provide X or Y service, resorting to whatever means they deem necessary.

And as someone else commented, it would have to know if you or anyone in your house were under 21.

Something something history repeats itself something something.....

This was early 2000s, so, I’d safely say 20 years ago!

Jurisdictional issues would for sure have to be a consideration. And a huge headache. Its why I just never really saw this kind of technology working.

Sounds like an adventure to me!

People will quickly find themselves surprised at how little it really takes to get legally “drunk. Going to be a lot of cars stuck at restaurant and bar parking lots. Surely for the best, but I doubt your average person would have any idea the level of drunk (or sober?) you have to be to considered impaired for

Only time it sucks is when you have to parallel park. Woof. But, can’t imagine that’s happening all that often in a Formula E car....
