iPod Touch to Aneroid device?... depending on what you got you would have almost no need to look back. A Transformer would blow a Touch out of the water... even the first Droid is better simply cause of the phone aspect. The differences are night and day.

Hasn't Apple already discontinued future iterations of the Touch?... and wouldn't most people who have a need for what you described probably already have a phone capable of handling all of that? It's not a horrible idea, but it just seems a few years too late.
