Racism is inherently irrational, so trying to analyze it rationally is futile.

I think a future twist would need to take this season at face value and build on it somehow. Like if it’s revealed that Shawn and Michael’s coworkers have gunned all this up as an elaborate prank on Michael, that’s consistent with what we’ve seen and doesn’t break the narrative rules.

Saw it last night, and it’s definitely one of the best Marvel movies. It’s doing what Guardians is tiring to do, but is more inclusive than those films are. Although the massive status quo change has me wishing we’d gotten to see a bit more at the end.

I missed Mario Sunshine when it came out. Watching Giant Bomb work their way through all of it makes me really appreciate the bullet I dodged there.

During that conversation I joked that it is time for them to move out of the house, now that the kids have moved out and are getting married to each other.

In a supernatural universe, if one event can create superhumans, it’s safe to just assume other events will (and have) created more. It’s weird how hung up the Flash writers are on this stuff.

Awwww! This is adorable.

Good. Less sympathy for the bad guy.

> Hold the phone... I haven’t seen this show

For video games, I’ve been enjoying The Polygon Show.

I’m happy that most sci-fi shows do one time loop episode, which provides one of these stories every few years.

I was not prepared for how amazing this trailer turned out to be.

Which is why there’s now a Black widow movie on the schedule…

Hopefully the Council of Kevins will choose to start such a franchise. I’d be all over that shit.

I think we can all agree that Lockjaw is likable as well. And a good boy.

Just had a terrifying thought. What if Michael going through Chidi’s lessons teaches him enough about humans that he thinks he can make an effective ‘Good’ Place again, and he betrays them for another reboot?

That’s what I’ve been saying! In the show, Michael goes on and on about being an immortal being, but we’ve been shown that humans are totally immortal too, they just live a short life on Earth first. No one in the show is addressing that this ruse has to last forever or until it’s time to flee to the real Good Place.

Michael’s not wrong, that is Chinese for Japan. Or at least it’s Japan in Japanese, using the Chinese characters, so I assume the meaning holds.

Dark Matter had a pretty great one earlier this year.

You haven’t followed many limited releases of products, eh? Or noticed how shitty the general public can be?
