Yeah that’s probably over the half the AMG drivers on the road. You see some examples with M cars but far less

I keep it simple and don’t associate/engage in conversation with car dude bros. Partly why i’ve stopped going to so many local car owners meets.

Have to disagree, unlike the M brand, at least AMG had legit $100-300k+ supercars under their brand name.

That’s basically my point

Yeah but none of those wealthy people or local billionaires have their names/faces and hometowns plastered all over the national news, that’s the big difference. And they live in a world of people with money like them. Like tends to socialize with like after all.

It's ok, you just don't get the reality of the point im making

You don't get the fact that most multi-million lottery winners have their identity and location disclosed to the general public thru every media outlet, while most other wealthy people are relatively anonymous to nobodies like us?

Yup, if you’re smart about it. Sorry my answer pisses you off

If I won a jackpot that big I would consider moving out of the country for a while and legally change my name as well (In addition to having a personal tax attorney and financial planner who could set up an LLC in my name)

The problem is nobody knows the names or faces of those 9 figure billionaires in the Hamptons, a lottery winner doesn’t get the luxury of that anonymity as their name is plastered on every media outlet

I wouldn’t buy cars that are much beyond what i can already afford now (sub $100k) because if I won a jackpot that big, my priorites would be to make myself as anonymous as possible and go into hiding from the public.

As illustrated in the post above, it solves storage and ‘time to recharge/refuel’ issues. As a full electric vehicle owner, this time factor is definitely a downside to non Tesla ‘no access to a supercharger’ owner. Even on a level 2 charger.

Didn’t they kind of start the mainstream hexagon grill trend? Makes sense they’re the first to move forward to the next polygon

RS3 is going to be sold in US in 2018.

more powerful but much bigger and prob heavier. Sorry but the SS should be compared to a car the size of an M5, not an M2, you fell into the dreaded internet ‘apples to oranges’ trap.

Sit in a Q50 for real, the interior is updated quite a bit from the G37,

we all complain about this, but how about the people who are actually passionate about cars...BECOME the people with too much money so they can actually better dictate the car market, rather than just sit back and complain about it on message boards.

Your stepdad is in the pretty extreme minority for this car.

Unsurprised since 90% of the G37 coupes I see in LA (a key market for this kind of sport coupe) are housewives and gfs (including my ex) and guys who don’t really drive manuals.

Cmon, forced induction means easy tunability with a simple ECU reflash, minimal-none physical bolt on mods needed. The Focus ST owners do it all the time.
