It’s too bad the nebulae don’t look like that with our pathetic, limited, human eyes

Thanks for the input, now I’ll add your anecdotes to those i’ve ‘Read’ on the counter side of the debate.

Airing those Almost Human eps out of order in that wonderful FOX network style really hurt my enjoyment of the show.

They originally went with that plan to have Sands play identical twins in the original taping of the pilot, but scrapped those plans when they worked out it would be too expensive and time consuming to do twin compositing on a regular basis for the show and went with casting non-identical actors as fraternal twisn

I’ve read from other Abarth owners that the Fiat build quality and reliability is pretty sub par, I’m guessing your experience differs?

It’s hard to call that the ‘high road’ if volutarily quitting was his only real viable option, the other being raked over the coals and having his life ruined. Yes I’d certainly take the ‘high road’ if that included a cash payout and make a few pithy statements of remorse for the press and VW shareholders.

Ze Germans...

What I learned from the comments here is that everyone on both sides are entitled, opinionated assholes who think only they are right.

I read this article, see the photos under the title, and all that runs thru my head is

What country do you live in? We can view it fine in the USA

That’s exactly the problem. They ended Enterprise with a Riker-centric TNG ep. That’s what pissed off everyone who watched the show.

Actually the West Wing is technically ‘fantasy’

To be fair, in the FIRST eps of TNG with the introduction of Bajor and Ensign Ro, they actually called the race ‘Bajora’ rather than ‘Bajorans’ which was quickly changed afterwards

Sorry you have it backwards, season 4 was really good and the show was really finding its legs, then it ended disgracefully with ‘These Are the Voyages’ Such a disrepectful way to end the series

He’s always going to be convienenttly ‘offworld’

Yeah, he was a real man, and an unrelenting dick who unapologetically owned who he was.

Like I said in my earlier comment, the fact they let McKay grow as a character but never lose those fundamental ‘McKay’ qualities: being an arrogant dick who knew he was smarter than anyone else in the room, was what made him lovelably flawed

I knew I’d find my nomination here. He started out as such a smug, superior POS on SG-1 and gradually evolved into a smug, superior, but lovably flawed hero who comes into his own on Atlantis, without being totally neutered of the qualities that made McKay...McKay

A lot, Maccarran takes a huge number of intl flights daily

Even worse it only goes to Victorville. Not even close to LA
