A big problem with promotion and relegation in North America would be travel. I can’t tell how well it works in Brazil and Russia, but to realistically keep travel costs down, the promotion/relegation MLS would have to split into three or four regional leagues, no?

Before last night, it was the Saints over the Colts. Like the Warriors, I didn’t really hate the Colts or Peyton, it was just awesome to see a team mean so much to a city. Plus, that Saints team was so much fun to watch. There’s a gorgeous video of everyone celebrating in New Orleans and I’ll still watch that video…
