Did you watch the long video? He says “I’m going to need you to stand up, or I’m going to have to make you.”

The longer video shows the officer say “I’m going to need you to get up, or I’m going to have to make you.” Followed by “Make me.” This video shows a person resisting arrest. This girl is not special needs, and should not need to be told more than once to come with a police officer.
