@alaCarter: Yeah I saw this on games radar and game politics yesterday. I was surprised Kotaku didn't pick this story up considering how much flame bait it is.

At least this is lighthearted and paints games in a positive like. Unlike this recent debate on games on a talk show in England. The ignorance in this clip is astounding.
This is looking better than KoF XII but there are still some issues I see right out the gate. The lack of character intros sucks, and the roster size is still disappointing. There is still time to improve though. For the console version I just hope they get better netcode or use GGPO.
Mai is definitely back as you can see. They also brought back Yuri and King.
I really liked this game. I hated it when I tried it out at E3, but they have really turned it around with plenty of new polish. Calling this game Mario Kart with licensed car is pretty accurate. Although one thing I feel missing from the game is music during the race. I could just play my own, but I'm way to lazy…
God of War 3 then Yakuza 3 for me.
I am genuinely excited for this. Although I'd like for them to sell this at a discounted price like SSFIV (40 dollars U.S.) I think it will be a full $60 game. I just appreciate them simply bringing the title over. Aksys did an excellent job with the U.S. port, it is one of the few games were I enjoy the english…
Very sad to see him pass. He was not just one of the best producers in Japan, but one of the best hip hop producers in the world. His legacy will live on through his music.
@latecustomer: Morrigan looks pretty good in 3d in Tatsunoko vs Capcom but I still would prefer 2d given how crazy Darkstalkers can get when it comes to special effects.
I think they should do Darkstalkers (Vampire Saviour) in 2d like Blazblue. Both of those games have an art style that I think works better in 2d, and Blazblue proved that it is possible to make a 2d fighting game in true HD.
@Shawnrw222: This is not really an outrage or a surprise just a disappointment. Most people forget at the end of the day the game industry is about money. Consumers always want things for less and companies always want to make more money. I see nothing wrong with consumers complaining when any company breaks a…
@Gex: I'm just being honest. My price breaking point is higher than others so I'll still drop dime for the content I want. That doesn't mean its right for everyone.
This sucks but I know like most people at the end of the day I'll cave and buy the map pack anyway. Hopefully this blatant overpricing doesn't become a trend.
Never before have I felt like such a nerd before. I recognize the majority of these characters and can name almost all of the ones I recognize. This would be even more insane if you did this with the roster of all the characters from all the versions of Street Fighter, King of Fighters, Tekken and Mortal Kombat.
I still find it funny how people act like cutting the hostess clubs ruined the game. It does suck but this game is still better than getting nothing.
@FlashFlashCarCrash: Influence is not the same as copying. All fighting games have multiple characters that share similar designs to other franchises.
This is most definitely the most original character capcom has come up with in a while. The rest of the new members of the SF IV cast had design influences from other Fighting Games.
I remember being surprised when there was a female pilot in COD4 Modern Warfare. Unfortunately she ended up becoming a damsel in distress, but her inclusion alone was more than most military shooters can say.
I think both of those names are generic enough not be a true rip off of twisted metal or God of War.
Aww Activision you never fail to disappoint when it comes to making your company look evil. This lawsuit saga should be very entertaining for the next few months.
