It’s very hard to enforce a non-compete clause just about anywhere.  It goes against people’s constitutional, fundamental rights.  Most non-compete clauses are just scare tactics hoisted on gullible employees.

I saw this get posted and got all excited that it was going to be the announcement of a Skies of Arcadia remaster and now I’ve made myself sad. :(

Let’s not go that far — the PS1 Classic feeling like a cynical, rushed attempt to cash in on the NES/SNES Classic’s success doesn’t cancel out Sony’s incredible stable of critically acclaimed and commercially successful first-party games, which has been its biggest advantage all generation.

There is delicate balance for what drives the company, the creatives or management. If Blizzard has been making poor decisions for years (everyone has seen some of the questionable decisions), then it only makes sense that the budgeting folks would want to get more control. I really want to play Gris, but I’m on a doctor-ordered no-holding-a-controller time because of tendonitis. I can still play things with my arcade stick, though, if they’re not too intense. Is Gris a chill enough game that I don’t have to hit buttons really quickly?

Celeste is SO GOOD, you guys. If you haven’t played it, maybe consider what’s causing you to make such poor life decisions, but resolve to do better in the future, starting by grabbing Celeste. 

I can't say that I am a fan of this. Even if it was planned from the start, this just shows these people that if they harass developers had enough they can get what ever they want. It is really a growing trend in some circles. 

The Cardi B/Offset drama is about as scripted as an episode of Real Housewives. Can we just ignore them for a bit? Please?

I’m just going to be that old lady and say that this falls under, “things you don’t need to share with the class, Cardi B.” I have to think there’s some space between being sex-positive and telling anyone who’ll listen that you want your trifling ex’s dick to “destroy” you. Sheesh.
