I still find NMS has far to much busy work. I get the resource management and everything, but it makes me feel like I’m playing Inventory Management: The Game. Not unlike an Elder Scrolls game or any loot based game where I spend 80% of my time managing inventory space and 20% of my time playing a game.

If someone could just combine Mass Effect and NMS, but with more varied and lived in planets, even handcrafted, they could make the best Star Trek game ever!

In addition to their scummy tactics of taking away paid content from games. At least for PC players from what I’ve read recently.

Assassinations were a lot of fun in the first 3 games. Particularly in the original AC as it was a bit of a puzzle to pull off an assassination. When things went wrong, you were pretty much screwed and would have to leave only to return and try again.

What a dumb ass!

“Hopefully the Switch Pro will be designed with a hotter planet in mind.”

Nice!

How is that working out for you?. Decent/good quality?

Because of course it is. 🤦‍♂️

I had the YLOD on my BC 60GB PS3. I'm still upset about that one.

Yeah, my left joy-con has horrible drift, I do have a 2nd set of joy-con I purchased back when I bought the console, but I haven’t bothered switching them.

That may be the case now, but these Collector’s Editions from games companies not including a physical copy of the game started way before the PS5 was a thought in most people’s minds.

I guess so. If any of my controllers should have messed up often, it should have been my 360. I probably used that console more than any other.

Hope you don’t. My first dualsense had the right trigger break one day after enabling the haptic triggers. I’ve been worried to use the haptic triggers feature since. I know they quietly upgraded the thickness of the springs in the triggers though so hopefully that fixes it.

It may have been, I just never had the issue until last gen.

Yeah, Sony’s is definitely the worst. Xbox isn’t great, but better than Sony. I signed up to try Luna, paid for a few months but don’t remember ever using it. When I canceled I didn’t even remember signing up.

I stopped noticing who ran Sony/Xbox after the 360/PS3 era. Back when the company heads and developer producers like Cliffy B and Jade Raymond were treated as celebrities.

I did play on my 360 far more than my PS3. The worst my 360 controller got was nearly rubbing the rubber of the thumbsticks. First and only time I ever had that happen.

Ah yes, the last generation of quality controllers. I've never had stick drift problems or button problems prior to the PS4/XB1/Switch. Honestly,.I think it's only PS4/Switch and now PS5. Though to be fair, my XB1 was a paperweight pretty much after its launch year so the XB1 controllers could have issues too.

Thats why I don't get the push for PS1 classics on the new PS+ rollout. I never owned a PS1, but aren't the vast majority of beloved PS1 games already available as an individual purchase on PS4/PS5? Not even cou ting any classic remaster/remakes/collections?
