I get that it was unique and fun, but it wasn’t for me. I am not opposed to its return though, I am surprised it didn’t become its own thing though.

Yeah, that’s how I see it. GAAS is just the next trend of trying to be the biggest game in a genre. Just like WoW is with MMO’s and CoD is with FPS multi-player.

Deating definitely falls into the life sucking category. It’s inherently designed that way.

I don’t know if you were around for the Wii U Zelda tech demo, or perhaps recall it, but a LOT of people do want a realistic graphically impressive Zelda.

Yeah, and we all know Nintendo rarely ever lowers the price on their software, so they'll be raking in the same amount of money on software either way. They could just be raking in even more if all 3rd party games were on their systems and were nearly identical experiences to competing hardware.

Last summer I was driving my work truck and saw a small pickup truck in the opposite lane with a funeral procession’s length of cars angrily trailing behind in what I guessed was 15-20mph in a 45mph zone.

I have no problem with opinions, and I know I posted mine, but I just meant it wasn’t worth raising big discussions or arguments over the durability system. Because at this point, unless your just playing BotW for the first time, people are more than likely to be in one of two groups, for or against durability.
