Well that’s certainly good news. I really want to play it but I’m waiting it out just a bit to hear about some hands on experiences. Steam reviews are pretty good at that.

It really all boils down to how difficult the game is. If it’s brutal, than no thanks, otherwise it’s an interesting mechanic but not one I’d like to see in a lot of games.

I’m conflicted on this issue. I don’t have the desire or patience for the whole perma-death or brutal Dark Souls difficulty trend that’s been growing over the past few years. As a kid I’d of be ok with it, as an adult I don’t have the desire for brutal challenges anymore.

The only way this trend will stop is if people just don’t shop on Thanksgiving. Fat chance, I know, but for fucks sake just spend time with loved ones or allow others the same courtesy. The day after was fine, now people leave right after dinner or have a Thanksgiving brunch instead of dinner.

I was going to hold off buying a Switch to wait for the New Switch XL, but being able to travel while playing BotW was too hard to pass up.

I have my 3DS XL and I’ve no need to upgrade it. I’m waiting, not patiently, for Nintendo to get its shit together with the Switch eShop. In an ideal world, I should never need to use my 3DS XL again, but this is Nintendo where talking about so I won’t hold my breath.

I was fortunate to nab a normal priced grey Switch from Amazon about a week ago, but no way in hell would I stand in a line like that for anything.

I agree, I’m not a fan of Star Wars myself, but since Disney owns Star Wars I see the reason for it. It’d be cool to see a similar idea for Star Trek used somewhere.

I used to do this all the time, still would, but I don’t really run into problems like this these days. I know they’re still there, I just don’t end up in any of them. It’s not hard to speak up against this stuff when it happens. I’m a super passive guy most of the time, but even I speak up.
