What is the difference between "repair" and "maintenance"? Like I mentioned in QOTD, I assumed "repair" meant "something is broken and needs fixing". I hardly see how "oil change" and "cleaning/replacing air filters" as "repairs"!!!

It's the software calibration... How did automakers do it in the past then? I don't know much about software calibration, but as a programmer, if the current software cannot be optimized for another use, it's time to design another for that purpose. Same thing with hardware.
