Happened in V8 Supercars the other week when they were at Albert Park for the F1 weekend. Brakes failed behind a pack of cars so he shot down the inside, unfortunately the lead car in the group got nailed as he went through the apex. Unfortunate but he took out one car instead of possibly a pack.

The black car did a great job avoiding the red car. That could have been much worse.
