I thought the same thing. The cat is at a shelter right now, probably so they don't have to deal with him until they can be on TV. They have a dog too, I hope they treat it better than their cat.

I agree that the choice of words - "turf" and "territory" - are cause for concern, and I'm well aware that language like this could be a sign of deeper issues, I just don't think they necessarily mean deeper issues, at least not in a manner that isn't true of many couples who manage to do just fine.
