If your inclined to get out of jury duty you need know only two words: jury nullification. Intimate that you know what it is and no lawyer is likely to seat you on their jury.

They’re currently trying to push for a new rail line in my state (Washington) for the sole purpose of moving higher quality coal to the coast to ship to Asia (I believe it was in partnership with some Chinese firm/firms but I can’t recall exactly so we’ll just go with ‘Asia’). I totally feel you on this. Of my gaming friends that I have managed to get to play with me it was the RTS folks rather than the FPS players that actually gave it a shot (and we’re still playing together). Most of my friends list is people I’ve met in-game.

I’m a decade behind you in age, but already the kids don’t get any of my references; that’s the entire basis of my humor!
