It's 2 years older than the new MBP and it's specs are only slightly less.. and maxed out it's under 2k.

I have it on my machine and every time I get a text on my S2, it also pops up in bluestacks.
Everything in OSX is blue black and grey.. how is that not weak and bland? IMO Apple has reached the point where they are over designing, so you get this clean looking OS with a bubbly, cartoonish dock on the bottom.
Most of those seem pretty minor.
It's called a joke.
I think the 17" MBP had a subwoofer as well. I know the 17" HP Pavilion does as well.
I was just on the Canadian Apple store site, I could have sworn it was ~$2900
I agree ICS looks and feels newer than GB, but the fact that you don't HAVE to upgrade to get new functionality is one of the beauties of Android.
It seems I am wrong, the NEW MBP does support 16Gb.
Apple is never wrong, you just been taught wrong all this time.
Dell XPS17.. best laptop soundsystem on the market. Maxxaudio3 + JBL speakers and subwoofer.
This comment highlights exactly why Android 'fragmentation' is not an issue.
I just wrote all of that and it just dawned on me that I don't even have ICS. I still have 2.3.
Apps: More does not equal better, stop with this mentality. I have apps on Android that my iPhone colleges drool over. It's also worth noting that Android apps are much better at dealing with multiple res. than iApps.
I guess you haven't used many notebooks then.
Well, since Apple won't allow you to choose what system you want to run OSX on, you just limited yourself to a Mac.
Linux?
If by "best" you mean best for their pocketbook, you're right.
Honestly.. I'll take the old design with the new guts. I'd prefer .2" more over carrying around a bag full of dongles.
Are you even going to be able to read normal text on this screen?
