This isn't news. It's the way it's been since XP. You almost always find Nero or cyberlink bundled into new PCs for that exact reason.

It isn't a problem of teaching or being able to assemble the products. It's a matter of salary. If the US workers would be willing to work for a Chinese salary, every company would move production back to the US. Same goes for the H1B. Why is a company going to wast resources training and paying double for a US worker…

Apple would never move their entire production to the US. Making @sstons of money is way more important that making US jobs. If US workers are willing to work for Chinese salaries, they'd move everything to the US in a heartbeat.
