Like I said above your post. Anon didn't start their attacks until after Sony and Geo agreed to the settlement. I think this is the outcome Sony was shooting for along. The settlement was reached in principal on March 31st. The Anon attacks started on the 5th of April. It had zero bearing on this outcome.

Got it on my Evo and love it.

I am a father of three and finding time for gaming is confined to their nap and bedtime. Nap is from 1:30 to when evever they wake up. Bedtime is at 8pm. It takes some getting use to, but it works for me.

I hate this $10 crap. I love games, but can't afford every new release so I use Gamefly. It feels like I am getting half a game with these "passes". Just hope it does not catch on with other devs and publishers. Probably will though.

@nick111: I may be wrong, but Kotaku is the only place I have seen saying it is only PC getting the Lifetime option. I believe it will be available to PS3 and PC players.

@DocSeuss: They are. I could not get into KZ2 becuase there was just something off about the controls to me. After playing the KZ3 Beta, the difference is night and day to me.
