Why? That's the first thing that comes to mind while watching this. It has none of the charm or originality of Gilliam's feature or the Marker short film La Jetee. So why? Nothing about this looks good to me.

Exactly what is this supposed to mean?

I was in the anti-female Starbuck camp initially. I thought they were just changing shit to change shit (I also avoided the show for years because they turned Cylons into humanoids). Funny thing, all the things I thought I hated about the show ended up being my favorite things about it.

This is another one of those examples of how we form expectations of people without ever meeting them. How he talks is the opposite of how I expected him to. I'm glad it's nothing to do with his health or anything. I suspect that Gibson's most recent novels will be read and reread in future lit classes for how they've

I disliked Pattern Recognition, but eventually hit my stride with it. I came away from it less than astonished, but still found things to like about it. I'd never heard him speak before watching that bit. I guess he always speaks slowly?

Which attitudes? I'm genuinely curious. I love Gibson, but know next to nothing about him personally.

I can't stop laughing at this thread! Fuggin' hilarious!

LMAO!

Experiences.

Is it too much to hope that Archie Comics is lying about killing off Archie, too?

You need to relax.

Hilarious!

Had no problems with Idris Elba as Heimdall, and I have no problem with this. As an aside, I would LOVE to see Elba as James Bond or, shit, why not Batman?

Look at that motherfucker.
