This all seems a bit silly to me. If the "Day One DLC" really is just the bonus mission/character from the Collectors Edition, then why all the fuss? If you don't buy the Collectors Edition then you don't get the cool stuff that comes with plunking down the extra coin, which for $20 you are getting your monies worth.

There's a backdoor "hack" that allows you more bricks. More or less every brick they have rendered, plus any brick can be just about any color. I don't remember where the link is to activate it, but it opens up a lot more options when trying to build something intricate.
