@Aquifel: I got FF7 to run on my iPhone (edge). It was rather low frame rate (3-5 for cut scenes, 12-16 game-play) and ate my battery up in about 15 min.

um.. Jailbreak FTW? ZodTTD has had a decent Game Boy emulator out for some time now...

@jShazBot: I am PC 4 Life so I didn't even know about Bungie until Halo. I really didn't care about Halo until Halo 3.

Lack of actual shop generated imagery/ concept pages should raise red flags. Yeah they did the Bat-Pod-ish thing, but it wasn't the same. Making something that has little to no body work function correctly is easy compared to getting the body work to work/ look good when it is integrated into the wheel wells.

The Tape idea *could* work, but you would have to wrap the entire outer ring in it (a la Rubber Band/ Bumper, etc...). The reason your tester showed no difference is because the drop in reception is likely caused when your HAND touches both antennas at the same time and not the joint being forced together. With the

@wætherman: Because batteries aren't heavy or messy at all...

@wætherman: A single electric motor MAY be lighter than a single cylinder engine, but when you add in the infrastructure that it takes to power an Electric motor properly (ie:Batteries) it actually weighs more than it's conventional IC counterpart. This is true all the way down to the most popular form of Electric

@rebeldevil: I agree. NFS3 and NFS:HP being the strongest in the series. They also got me into computer graphics/ Graphic Design. Ripping open the texture and mesh files, tweaking the performance/ changing the look of the car.

I like the simplicity/ industrial nature of the design. Everything has more than one purpose and everything works. I am going to miss the rocker volume switch. The rocker may be more prone to mechanical failure, but it's infinitely easier to press when inside a pocket.

@maximum_sarge: I know. Me too! Watching that wing flip up was super cool.

Is that a Zune mounted to his right forearm?

@Spidery_Yoda: To me Jailbreak = Android. Even more so now that Jailbreaking is so easy.

@Spidery_Yoda: Pssst! there's been a PSX Snes NES Gameboy Gameboy Advance and now a N64 emulator for the iPhone for some time now...

@irishman72: Oh what fun to have on endless four lane wide straight tarmac...

@dp05: Maybe I'm just used to getting killed with grenades so often from the previous versions of Halo.

I'm excited for the full game. It was a bit awkward at the beginning of the Beta. What with the multiple random Armor Ability usage (I'm looking at you Armor Lock...); but once the first few days were in people got the hang of it. It's actually quite fun once you get in with a good group of similarly skilled players.

@YourPointIsInvalid: Five and a half?
