Bought it at GameStop's midnight release in the Kansas City metro.

I'm not one to contribute to our "sue happy" society but if we have to wait months to play our games then that course of action might have to be taken.

How about you start improving yourselves by having BioWare fix the "Black Screen of Death" so that I can play Mass Effect 3 and finally be able to judge the ending for myself? Seriously we are a couple of days away from the one month anniversary of this glitch!

Lucky him. Out of the 100+ on the BioWare forums that have reported being affected by this glitch there are less than a handful that have the problem go away.
